Designed for effortless arrivals and seamless stays, Villa Antea offers a range of secure payment options, including credit card payment on site, reservation payment via secure web link, and bank transfer to our secure IBAN account.

Villa Antea Rates

Rates are presented in EUR and apply to the full private use of Villa Antea.

Included in your stay are residence tax, 13% VAT, final cleaning, electricity, water, heating and cooling, and private parking.

On selected dates, exclusive offers and adjusted rates may be available, subject to market conditions and availability.

To ensure complete peace of mind, a security deposit of €2,000 is pre-authorized on a credit card (VISA/Mastercard) at check-in. This authorization covers any incidental expenses or, where applicable, damage to the property during your stay. It is released in full after check-out, following a detailed inspection of the villa.

A collection of bespoke services — from additional housekeeping and private transfers to tailored catering and private chef dining — is available upon request for a more personalized stay.
