Your enquiry and stay

We process your name, email, message, requested dates, guest count and booking status to answer enquiries and arrange or fulfil your stay or event (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Required fields are necessary to handle the request; optional details are voluntary. Guest registration, invoicing and complaint handling may require further data under legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Please do not send identity documents or sensitive information through these forms.

Security and access

Technical data, including IP address and request logs, support site operation, abuse prevention and troubleshooting, based on our legitimate interest in a secure service (Art. 6(1)(f)). Booking requests are stored in our database and sent to our reservations mailbox; contact enquiries are sent by email. Only authorised staff and necessary service providers have access. We do not sell your data, use these forms for marketing, or make solely automated booking decisions. Priority follows receipt order; approval is personal.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting, security, the booking database and email delivery/routing; Google provides the receiving mailbox service. Requested experiences may require sharing necessary details with the selected provider; authorities receive data where required by law. Global providers may process data outside the EEA, including the USA. Their published safeguards include applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. How long we keep data

Enquiry and booking data are kept for the time needed to resolve the request and complete the stay, followed only by retention necessary for legal obligations or establishing, exercising or defending legal claims. The applicable statutory record-keeping and limitation periods determine that additional period. Complaints are kept for one year. Technical records are retained only as needed for security and fault investigation. You can request the retention criteria applying to your records.

Your rights

Contact reservations@villaantea.hr to request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability where applicable, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month; any lawful extension will be explained. You may complain to Croatia’s supervisory authority, AZOP (azop.hr), or your competent authority.

Cookies and language

The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. va_language remembers a language you manually choose for up to one year. The restricted old-site archive uses __Secure-villa_antea_archive for an authenticated session lasting up to 24 hours; it is not set for ordinary public visits. You can delete cookies in your browser or change language at any time. Blocking these cookies may reset your preference or prevent archive access. Fonts and the initial map illustration are served locally.

Find your way here

The interactive OpenStreetMap is loaded only when you choose to activate it. This transmits your IP address and browser/request data to the OpenStreetMap Foundation under its privacy policy. You can close it at any time; no choice is saved. Alternatively, the directions link opens Google Maps as an external website, subject to Google’s privacy policy.
